Should you need to get hold of me I can be contacted on my mobile 07900 828530 between the hours of 09.00 and 20.00. I will respond to calls outside of these hours at the start of the next working day - please leave me a message with your contact details. In case of emergency please contact the appropriate emergency service.

Location

​

All hypnotherapy sessions will take place online using Zoom video conferencing or at my therapy room in Wimborne, Dorset.

​

Payment, Cancellations & Late Attendance

​

All payments should be made in full no later than 24 hours before your appointment. 

​

Please arrive on time for appointments and give 24 hour’s notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you are late for your appointment we will still need to finish at the allotted time.

​

For cancellations with less than 24 hour's notice the full fee will be payable.

​

Should you cancel at short notice or fail to attend for a session I retain the right to withhold further treatment.

​

Contraindications

​

There may be certain conditions that mean hypnotherapy may be unsuitable for you. These include psychosis, schizophrenia, pathological personality disorders, dementia or senility. Your safety is of paramount importance to me so reserve the right to refuse treatment where I think your condition is outside of my scope of practice.

​

Other conditions such as epilepsy, narcolepsy or serious heart conditions may require your GP's approval. If I require additional medical information before proceeding with hypnotherapy I may ask you to obtain this from your GP.

​

If you arrive for your session under the influence of alcohol or drugs the session will be suspended and the full fee charged. Further sessions will be at my discretion.

Confidentiality

​

I will uphold client confidentiality at all times UNLESS I believe that you are in a position of danger or may be a danger to others.

 

I may share details of your treatment sessions with my supervisors, but your name and personal data will not be used. 

​

I will process your personal data for the purposes of maintaining my client list and contacting you in future. Your personal data will be kept for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 years. Please view a copy of my Privacy Policy in full here.

I may keep short notes from our sessions. These will be kept in secure, password-protected files.

​

Physical Contact

​

In face-to-face hypnotherapy sessions there may be certain instances requiring direct touch - for example, me briefly lifting your wrist. I will explain to you beforehand what will happen and when. If you prefer to work with me without physical contact please let me know at the beginning of the session.
