Join me online for a FREE Hypnotic Spa Experience
Are you recovering after a hectic summer with family and friends? Does a spa day sound like absolute heaven? Possibly a bit pricey and difficult to fit in around the school run, work and other commitments, though?
Well I have just the thing for you. And best of all, you won't even have to leave the comfort of your own home!
Join me for my free online hypnotic spa experience
at 7.30pm on Thursday 16 September.
You'll get to enjoy a beautiful guided visualisation that will allow you to release physical and emotional pain, soothe your mind and let go of any unwanted emotional baggage. You'll feel the tension melting away from your body as you enjoy a deeply relaxing mind massage, take a dip in the healing waters of the spa lagoon and learn how to use your breath to move into a calmer, more centred state.
I'll be your spa guide on this journey into tranquility, helping you restore balance to your body and mind. I'm a hypnotherapist and wellness coach with Sea Change Hypnotherapy, and my passion is helping others to live a limitless life.
All you need is a quiet room where you can be free from distractions for an hour, a comfortable chair, a good wi-fi connection, and a willingness to engage your imagination and let go.
If you're curious about hypnotherapy and how it can help you improve your life this is a great chance to find out more in a friendly and informal group setting. You'll step away from this spa experience feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and like you've had a ton weight lifted off you. Oh - and it's entirely possible you may have the best night's sleep of your life!
My group sessions are popular and have limited spaces, so you'll need to register in advance - the Zoom link will be emailed to you straight away. It's entirely free to attend, but if you enjoy the experience and feel able to, I welcome donations of any amount to my nominated charity, Julia's House Children's Hospice.
I hope you'll join me at the Sea Change Spa, where a warm welcome awaits you!
