Recently I recorded a session for an online learning retreat for grief and trauma, which takes place from 20-22 May. The event will raise money for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital through a charity set up by yoga teacher and grief coach, Leah Morgan, of Still We Rise Coaching. The retreat brings together over 20 professional speakers with specialisms in grief and trauma, with the aim of empowering the audience to access helpful advice and practical and emotional tools
My work is all about helping you learn how to move from a negative state to a positive one. Whether you are feeling anxious, fearful, worried, overwhelmed or even just stuck, I aim to teach tools and techniques that you can use quickly and easily on your own. Once you feel a sense of empowerment over your emotions then it becomes much easier to create the positive changes that you need. There is one thing that always plays a key role in this, whatever your end goal: breath.
